Wednesday Therapeutic Yoga 19.30 - 21.00
This class is tailored to support those who have taken the Yoga Therapy for the Mind course in their ongoing practice of mindfulness and yoga.    

Private tuition Lessons are planned to enable you to make greater and more lasting changes to the form and function of your body and mind. Please contact Anneliese to arrange a convenient time for your first lesson.
