The Yoga Therapy for the Mind 8 Week Course for Stress, Anxiety and Depression is an evidence based program developed as a therapeutic treatment for depression, anxiety, and stress.

Overview
The course is presented in such a way to afford you a deep understanding of how yoga and mindfulness can work to benefit your well-being in the short term and to create and maintain positive mental health in the long term.

Course Materials                                                             You are provided with a comprehensive manual and Yoga Therapy and Mindfulness CD's can be purchased from iTunes to support your daily practice.

No previous experience necessary.
All levels of yoga and meditation are welcome – you need not worry if you haven’t practiced either before although you may like to have a one to one lesson prior to the course beginning for your own confidence.

6 Week Beginners Yoga Course

A maximum of eight people on this course enables Anneliese to offer advice and adjustments that allow you to develop at your own pace.

This course is designed for you to develop an understanding of the core yoga asana (poses) and pranayama (breathing) to give you the confidence to join a class of your choosing.
