The Yoga Therapy for the Mind 8 Week Course for Stress, Anxiety and Depression is an evidence based program developed as a therapeutic treatment for depression, anxiety, and stress.

The course is organised in such a way to allow students to deeply understand how the practices of yoga and mindfulness can work for them in the short term to provide immediate relief and in the long term to create and maintain positive mental health.

Course Materials                                                             You are provided with a comprehensive manual and Yoga therapy and Mindfulness CD's to support daily practice.

No previous experience necessary.
All levels of yoga and meditation are welcome – you need not worry if you haven’t practiced either before although you may like to have a one to one lesson prior to the course beginning for your own confidence.

6 Week Beginners Yoga Course

A maximum of eight people on this course enables Anneliese to offer advice and adjustments that allow individuals to develop at their own pace and level.

This course is about developing an understanding of yoga asana (poses) and pranayama (breathing).
