Private tuition - Supercharge your yoga and mindfulness practice! If you prefer to be supported on an individual basis, be it to explore the practice, to work with an injury, or to alleviate stress, anxiety or depression, these sessions are for you.
Private tuition is also available during Pregnancy to support your well-being during these valuable 9 months and to empower you to support your body through labour.

Classes at Birchwood Yoga are a maximum of eight, benefiting you by enabling you to develop according to your needs and with full support and attention from Anneliese.
Wednesday Yoga & Mindfulness 9.15 - 10.45 & 19.30 - 21.00 is suitable for anyone wishing to explore ways of deepening present moment awareness through the multi-disciplinary practices of mindfulness and yoga. It is especially supportive of those who suffer from stress.
Monthly Sunday Morning Stress Busting Sessions 10.00 - 12.00 take place on the first Sunday of most months and regularly include strong asana to rid the body of stress hormones in conjunction with restorative practices, mindfulness and most importantly, relaxation. These classes take into account the individual requirements of each client and it is recommended that participants practice at a suitable pace for their needs.
