Yoga Therapy for Mental Health
Healing mental health is a journey; beginning in the mind and ending in the physical body.
Private Yoga Therapy for Mental Health works with both mind and body. It is tailored to your personal needs. Under the caring guidance of Anneliese, moving the body in specific ways and using breathing and mindfulness techniques will empower you to manage your own mental well-being for years to come.
“The programme I now have for home practice feels completely personalised and I am very grateful."
