This journey is most suitable when taken alongside talking therapy or afterwards.
It can also be taken as a preventative measure if you suffer from chronic stress, mild anxiety or mild depression.
Private tuition is also available during Pregnancy to support your well-being during these valuable 9 months and to empower you to support your body through labour.
