Relax and Restore Yoga

These monthly workshops are perfect for busy women who are juggling family, well-being and work and for whom life can feel overwhelming.

Taking time for yourself to relax, unwind and restore your mind and body is essential for your well-being. My aim is that you feel grounded, soothed and recharged so that you cope better with the month ahead. Giving yourself this gift will not only benefit you but your family, friends and work colleagues will benefit from the calmer, happier more relaxed version of yourself that returns to them. You will spend better quality time with others by practicing self care and this is self care at its best!

The Relax and Restore sessions at Birchwood Yoga are an amazing way to get some space and balance. I find the breathing practices especially useful - something I can use in any situation to help find calm. You come away with a deep feeling of relaxation throughout your mind and body. I would recommend it to anyone who wishes to maintain a sense of calm.
