Classes are planned to include mindful awareness of movement, breath and your relationship to gravity as well as your mental attitude. Through a weekly practice of Slow, Mindful Yoga, you become present, self aware and skilled with tools you can take off the mat and into your daily life.
Her De-Stress Your Mid-life course has been designed specifically for women challenged by the stresses of midlife and is an excellent course for beginners too. One to one Yoga can be arranged for those wishing to enhance their practice or requiring more support.
