Become part of an intimate class where the mantra ground, breathe, release is adopted from Vanda Scaravelli to encourage you to recognise that with the support of gravity, you can slow down, move with ease and breathe healthily. Through classes that are sometimes instructive, sometimes invitational but always offered with compassion and kindness, you will be inspired to be mindful of your moment to moment movements, sensations and mental proclivities. Aware of seasonal energy, classes are designed to build strength and increase flexibility without forcing the body and care for your mind and body. You will receive support in your personal growth, whether through encouraging self-reflection or hands-on assistance—with your consent—to adjust your posture and prevent injury. This approach provides guidance while enhancing your self awareness. Classes are held in my attic in Barcombe, near Lewes, East Sussex, a beautiful setting that offers free on-site parking. Sessions are organized in 8-week blocks throughout the year.
