Hi, I’m Anneliese Wells, mother of two adults and lover of dogs, nature cooking and gardening. As someone who has suffered from chronic stress, Yoga and Mindfulness are instrumental in maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

I understand the challenges that arise at midlife when we are juggling work, family and our health while struggling with fluctuating hormones and the symptoms that impact our sense of self. It is at this time of life more than ever that we need to implement self care and compassion.

It is an honour to witness the transformation that many of my students have experienced and I would love to work with you whether you are a complete beginner, someone struggling with stress or enjoying your second spring but prefer to take things at a slower pace.
