The De-Stress Your Mid-Life Course is an investment that will empower you to manage life's challenges, not just for the duration of the course but, if you put the work in, for the rest of your life! Over the course of 8 themed weeks, you will learn breathing techniques, mindfulness and skills that blend modern science with the ancient traditions of Yoga to resource you in times of need. This course will empower you to take what you learn on the mat, into your daily life and in so doing, enjoy life to its fullest! Many more women are juggling careers with family life; be that ageing relatives, children who still need care and attention or both. We often feel pressure from external sources but we also expect nothing less than perfection from ourselves. This course will help you to let go of unrealistic attitudes that are no longer serving you.

Managing your own health and well-being alongside that of others requires effort but the fluctuations in energy and health during the menopausal years make this challenge greater. There is plenty of evidence to prove that stress exacerbates menopausal symptoms; midlife is the perfect time to put yourself first. It's time to reach out and get the support you need! I will be on hand every step of the way with weekly lessons, a manual packed with information and resources in the form of videos, audio recordings and external links. A weekly support session over Zoom helps keep you on track. I want to make sure you get the most out of your investment. Ten minutes of practice per day is better than an hour a week, so whilst there are multiple opportunities for longer exercises, you will still get a lot out of the course by sticking to a small amount of time each day. Believe me when I say you CAN find ten minutes in your day and by doing so you WILL feel better! This course can be taken online or in person. The De-Stress Your Mid-life course is based on the Yoga Therapy for the Mind course, devised by Heather Mason of the Minded Institute in which Anneliese is trained to teach, blended with her training in mindfulness in Yoga and Restorative Yoga and delivered in a digestible format.
