The existing Yoga Therapy for the Mind course, although comprehensive, was heavily laden with scientific literature and offered limited practical resources. Recognising the need for a more accessible and practical solution, I set out to adapt the course to better serve the needs of modern women.

Course Fee £195 per person (maximum 5 participants)
