Slow Sunday Circles 10:00-12:30

Modern life is fast paced and draining. Nervous systems regularly need soothing and this is especially the case for women managing a busy life, going through menopause or coping with ADHD.

Sometimes we leave a part of ourselves at home and show only our masked self to the world; the version we are happy for others to see. Slow Sundays invite you to bring your whole, messy self to the circle to feel nourished, heard and held.

As well as therapeutic Yoga and mindfulness being practiced, sessions will include a sharing circle during which you can speak your truth or just be held in silence - we hear you. There will be time for self reflection and journalling over a cup of tea.

NOTE: These small circles are NOT therapy sessions. If you are suffering from mental health concerns, please contact Anneliese prior to booking. This is for your safety and the safety of others. By attending, you are acknowledging that you are willing to share what is showing up for you during our circle time, even if that is not to speak.

Terms and Conditions: There are NO refunds for Slow Sunday Circles due to the small numbers but you can ‘trade’ your place with someone where there is a waiting list.
